We’re a happy and fairly quiet house hold enjoying the haven of our comfortable home.

I work from home but am coming and going quite a bit. I’m pretty relaxed as a land lady, enjoy a chat and listening to music & a glass of wine 😘

Other house mate a 27 year old male doctor.

I confess to loving a tidy clean home so I tend to keep on top of things. I ask that you leave shared spaces as you’d like to find them. We have a fortnightly jobs rota for house cleaning which works pretty well.

The property is a three storey Victorian town house. Shared use of bathroom, with toilet also 2nd toilet. Kitchen, dining room and small outside space.

We’re very near Southborough common and the green which is great for instant access to the countryside. Two minutes walk to regular bus service into Tonbridge or Tunbridge Wells.
