Visitors are allowed but they cant sleep or stay overnight (12am). There is free parking on the road. There are two drives spaces but has been taken already.

1 Double Room (£480 Deposit) 6 Months Minimum Stay.

The room is very nice and clean. The house is shared with excellent professional tenants. Would consider a single person or couples at a higher price. Inclusive of all bills (gas, electric, council tax, Water and high speed Wi-Fi broadband). The house have 3 toilets, 1 bath and 2 showers, utility room with washing machine. Large kitchen/dinner and front room. Shared front yard and also a private back yard. Smoking is OUTSIDE ONLY (No smoking inside). Looking for Professional people who are considerate responsible with respect for others and must clean up after themselves and maintain a good standard to the room at all times.
