Room to let in Townhouse

We are a married couple looking to take on a single working professional in our 3-bed Townhouse.

As this is our main residence, a quiet, clean/tidy person is essential. No pets.

The Room - Bills included

Offered is a luxury large double and large single room decorated to a very high standard. The rooms are furnished with a desk, chair and adequate storage space. The house has the added benefit in that the rooms are spaced out across the 1st and 2nd floors with a bathroom and toilet on each floor.

We are an easy going and friendly couple.

The Local Area

There is so much to look forward to with living on this modern development. With open green spaces and access to the motorway within a few minutes by car, it has the best of both worlds. You can also find services such as a Cinema, Gym and restaurants only a five minute walk away. If you drive, you will also find our allocated parking space and closely located Esso petrol station useful. Additionally, there is a bus stop with buses to the town centre And other medway towns. Busses will take you into Strood Town center within 10 minutes.

Furthermore, if you commute to London, you can catch the high speed train from Strood railway station and be in the City in less than 40 minutes. Shops and supermarkets are all very nearby and if you love your retail therapy, jump in the car and in less than 20 minutes you can be at Bluewater shopping center.
