Looking for a clean, tidy and reliable tenant

I have been considering letting out a room in my home for some time, I am not completely sold as I am nervous about sharing my space but willing to try!

The most important thing is someone who is clean, tidy, honest and is friendly. I enjoy my personal space so will definitely give you yours.

My ideal roommate would be a professional or mature student. Unfortunately I will not accept pets or smokers.

I have a double room available within my home. It will be partially furnished with a double bed and in built wardrobe. You’ll have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom and your own allocated parking space. I renovated my home three years ago when I moved in so it is a nice modern space for us to share.

There is a bus stop a short walk away, with Strood and Rochester train station just an 8 minute drive away. Nuffield Health gym is 3 minutes away and the gym, being 5 minute away. There are also many supermarkets within a 5 minute radius.

I will require references which I will vet as soon as possible. I am also open to video calls to see the space and face-to-face visits for serious enquiries only.
