We are looking for a FEMALE who is low maintenance and loves dogs (I have 2 Cocker Spaniels). Quiet house. No dramas!. Lovely small garden which you have access to. Just me and my husband live in the house. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk away with buses straight to town and stops off near to Canterbury Christ Church Uni. The train station is a 5 minute walk and train takes you straight to the Canterbury West Station. From here there is a 20 minute walk to UKC. All amenities nearby. I am looking for a short-term let of 3 months - 1 year.
