Looking for a housemate to hare my 3 bed terrace in sutton at hone.
It's my mum's house but im renting the whole place out from her. So i'll be there to maintain the place do all the diy etc.
Pets maybe considered, I love cats and dogs but due to work commitments I cant keep one sadly.
Off road parking is available, aswell as some space in the garage for bikes etc.
I am a smoker, however never indoors. I won't allow any smoking inside the house but i'm fine with smokers or non smokers.
