I have a double room to rent out, it used to be my sons bedroom, but unfortunately for now I need to rent out the room and my son will be in with me. The house is clean and modern and done up to a nice spec. The bathroom is lovely and a big kitchen and living room also. With a nice size garden. The bedroom will be changed a little if needed, new curtains and bed if desired. I am very easy going amd friendly and so is my son.
