Room is fully furnished: has a super king size bed with firm, orthopaedic mattress, very large wardrobe space (3x double wardrobes). The bathroom that is next door in the hallway has a large bathtub with rainfall shower. Separate toilet. To be shared with me and one single guy.
I don’t accept smokers and it’s not enough room for children- apologies.
Room is suitable for a couple. Wi-Fi and Netflix access come with it too ;)
I offer very simple one page lodgers contract.
