Hey, I live in an end of terrace 3 bed house in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The house has been newly renovated from scratch minus the kitchen.
The bedroom itself has a new ottoman bed frame for extra storage, new double mattress, built in wardrobe and an incoming new chest of drawers.
The bathroom is brand new with a high pressure shower.
Kitchen is well equipped for two people. Typical washing machine, slimline dishwasher, oven (but I always use my air fryer), pizza oven etc. I've also got a coffee machine barista Espressos, Lattes, Cappuccinos if you like good coffee.
I've got a beautiful garden with lots of plants and flowers which you're welcome to contribute to and/or grow your own things.
There's Virgin M350 Fibre Broadband and if I've missed any other details feel free to ask me anything.
Bills are £100 during winter and £80 during summer per month.
It's a 8min walk to Swanley train station (oyster) where I commute to London bridge in 19mins. There's also direct trains to London Victoria too that take 29mins.
