Room in Ebbsfleet, Swanscombe

A furnished room is up for rent with a shared bathroom. The kitchen can be shared with us, but please note that it is exclusively designated for vegetarian storage and cooking.

The Room:
Single spacious room with bed and wardrobe

About us and the house:
A professional couple working in Canary Wharf. Easy going, down to earth.
The house is on a lovely street in the newly built Ebbsfleet Castle hill. The south facing room gets very good sun and there is greenery all over.
The development has tennis courts, a hotel, a nice pub with a garden (Spring River).

Travel:
(1) the closest train station is Ebbsfleet International and Swanscombe which are both a 5 min drive / 19 min walk - (7 mins into Stratford International and 19 mins into London St. Pancras). We travel into work and can rest assured get a train at least every 10 minutes.
(2) Northfleet train station is also nearby.
(3) There is a shuttle to the station (Arriva Click) which works like an uber. You pre-book the shuttle.

30 minutes drive to The O2, Greenwich.

The ideal housemate will be someone we can get along well with while also giving each other space within the house and one who likes to keep spaces clean.
