• WIFI not included - The lodger will need to arrange this themselves.

• Happy to have 1 dog - there are 2 medium-sized dogs.
🛌THE IDEAL LODGER:
The older lady is looking for a mature lady lodger over 30 years that can assist 10-15 hours a week with 2-3 evening meals, help with grocery shopping and some dog walking. There are two 7 year old dogs, one a Labrador and the other a cocker spaniel.
✔️ALL BILLS INCLUDED:
-£230 per month for a lady lodger.
(All rent, bills and Share My Home subscriptions are included in these amounts). You will need to pay for your own WIFI internet. There are no other costs.
