Double room to rent for £475 a month in Tonbridge

I am looking for a female lodger to come and share my home. I live in a 3-bedroom detached house in North Tonbridge.

It has a drive on which to park a car and plenty of room for a bike. There are bus stops very nearby, of just a 4-minute walk, with a regular bus service into town, the Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury and the mainline Tonbridge train station is 2.8 miles away with fast trains up to London.

It is best suited to a working person who goes out to work. We will do our own shopping and you will have a cupboard to store your food, with space in the fridge and also the freezer. ‘York Parade’, which has a very good selection of local shops, is just 0.6 miles from the house.

The lounge, kitchen and bathroom are shared, and there is a garden to sit in. There is a washing machine and also a dishwasher.

The double room is spacious and comfortable with a lot of storage space, including 2 drawers under the bed.

The person who comes must like dogs, as you will see I have two cross-poodle dogs who are important members of my family.

I do not need to have a deposit, but the month’s rent must be paid in full on the day you arrive and every month following, and I would like a month’s notice if you want to move on.
