Double Room in North Tonbridge

The room:
Double bed in situ - brand new at the moment. It is an ottoman so plenty of storage underneath. A double wardrobe is also in situ, and there is space for a desk as well, or a chest of drawers.

About me, and the house: I am 28 years old, work in finance, and currently live with my small dog, Fudge. He is hypoallergenic and non moulting, as well as being adorable - however if you dislike dogs then this is probably not the home for you! I’m friendly, kind, respectful and reasonably tidy. I adore travel, being outdoors, and am passionate about my job. I’m looking for somebody who is similarly friendly to share with.

There is a huge upstairs bathroom, with a separate toilet, and another toilet downstairs. There is a garden which enjoys the sun late into the evening, and there is parking available. There is also a large living room and a large kitchen. The house has three bedrooms - one is being advertised here, one of them I sleep in, and one is being used as a study / dressing room.

Pets
As a huge animal lover I am open to having another animal here. Unfortunately a severe cat allergy means that cats are not welcome but some breeds of dogs, or small pets like rabbits may well be!

Smoking
I do not smoke and would prefer to live with somebody else who does not smoke.

Storage
If there are additional (larger) items that you would like to store then feel free to drop me a message but I may well be able to accommodate, as there is a garage / outbuilding attached to the property

Other
I am a vegetarian and although I don’t expect other people to be vegetarian and do not judge for any body’s preferences, I would appreciate somebody who can understand that I find meat (red meat mainly) highly unappealing. Things like keeping raw meat in a separate area of the fridge, and cleaning up after cooking are important to me.
Sexuality - everybody is welcome
