Large double room at top of a 4 bedroom semi-detaced victorian house. The bedroom has it's own staircase and door leading to the staircase. There is a plenty of storage including a large chest of drawers and 2 cupboards. The shared bathroom is at the bottom of the staircase and there is a shared kitchen and lounge. The house is well appointed and decorated and furnished and is in an excellent location less than 10 minutes walk from Tonbridge railway station and high street. There is a corner shop at the top of the road and several bus
stops nearby. There is a pretty split level garden. I am currently living there with my 21 year old daughter who works full time. I am away often at weekends. Ideally we would like a professional young person-female who is polite, tidy and respectful to live at our home. In return they will be welcomed and hopefully have a wonderful and happy time.
