The house is a 5 bedroom shared house. All bills included (including council tax). There is a shared kitchen and seating area and a shared garden space. There's one car parking space in front of the house and a set of spaces up the hill, which tenants can get a (cheap) permit for from the council.

The other tenants are quiet professionals and we're looking for a similar person to move into the room, where a longstanding tenant is vacating.
