Large furnished double room available in Tonbridge

I'm looking for someone to share my two-bedroom flat with. I've got a large double room in my new build flat on the riverside, and it comes furnished. It is a nice short walk (10-15 minute) from the train station along the riverside. Bills are included. I would consider letting to someone just through the week if preferred for a lower rent.

The room is light and bright, has a TV, double bed, large wardrobe etc. The flat has broadband, Virgin Media TV, open plan kitchen/diner/living room, washer/dryer, shared bathroom. I'm advertising it with no parking, however there are spaces on the road.

I'm not fussed whether you're male or female as long as you're down to earth, like a chat and a cup of tea or a glass of wine or a beer, and don't mind helping with the cleaning. I'm also happy to wait for the right person, I'm in no hurry to fill the room. No smokers, professional only, sorry. I've got a cat but hes a pretty chilled out little guy! The room is available from 01/11/19 when my current flatmate of 2 years moves out. Get in touch!
