The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven and electric hob and all the usual small appliances. It's bright and spotlessly clean and most importantly quiet. The location is ideal - Waitrose is directly opposite (sometime too close!), Sainsbury's is just around the corner and Tonbridge High Street 5 minutes walk away. The railway station is less than a 10 minute walk, with trains running to Tunbridge Wells or London very frequently. The train takes 10 minutes to Tunbridge Wells/ Sevenoaks and in under 40 minutes you can be at London Bridge.

About me - I'm 35 years old, friendly and easy going. I work in the City in the HR department for an insurance company. I work long hours during the week so appreciate coming home to a peaceful environment in the evenings. I am respectful of people's privacy and understand if you want some quiet time but am equally happy to share a glass of wine or eat dinner together. I have flat shared in the past, both in Melbourne and London and always got along well with my flat mates. I keep my flat spotlessly clean, tidy and in good condition and am looking for someone who is like minded.
