The room is on the top floor of a Town House with plenty of ‘on street parking’. I have 1 small dog. I also rent out a room on the ground floor on Airbnb, so there may be another guest in the house. House clean and tidy. Shared use of kitchen and upstairs shower in bathroom. I work full time from home. I am very close to the hospital in Pembury and it would not be a problem if someone worked shifts. I am only 10 min walk max from High Brooms Station. This room is only available for short term lets of up to one month/6 weeks Max or for a few days a week Monday - Thursday or even weekends. I am not looking for full time.
