My housemate is leaving at the end of June, so I am looking for someone to move in to my flat share at the beginning of July.
The room available is a good size double with a private bathroom.
The apartment is in a great location, right next to St Johns road, 5-10 minute walk to supermarkets, shops and pubs! It also only takes about 15mins to walk to Tunbridge Wells train station.
I am looking for someone of a similar age, who is sociable and I can have a laugh with. I like to chill out in the evenings watching TV and tend to go out for a few drinks at the weekend!!
The bedroom is unfurnished. Rent is no more than £620 a month with bills included. References and a deposit will be required.
