**THE HOUSE**

This beautiful house has been finished to a high standard and has a lovely contemporary kitchen and dining area in addition to a living area with comfy sofas, TV and DVD. There is a rear garden for relaxing after work in the summer sun. The front drive has a parking space and there are no parking restrictions on the road. It has 6 bedrooms in total.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with dishwasher, double oven, two fridge/freezers, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

**ALL INCLUSIVE**

The rent includes electricity, gas, water, council tax, high speed broadband, plus TV license and weekly cleaner for communal areas so moving in is no hassle. The kitchen is fully equipped including crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans and cookware.

**THE HOUSEMATES**

We reference all our tenants to maintain a happy and enjoyable shared environment in the house. The housemates have a good balance of respecting each other's space but also living in a friendly and social environment.
