Here is a recently (3 years old) built, ground floor, furnished flat on the edge of Tunbridge Wells. Very quiet and part of a new estate. It is purpose build building with three other units and there are great, quietly living neighbours. Two double bedrooms with one bathroom, a dedicated parking space immediately outside the patio doors. Communal, well kept grounds surround the building and there is a children's play area and picnic areas on the estate. I am looking for a mature, respectful and professional house mate/s who are trustworthy and tidy. Some bills included but we can negotiate these. Comfortable and very homely. A really nice place to live - warm and inviting. I have been really happy here. It is possible the whole flat is available for rent at a negotiated price per month.
