The room is a double space, with an en-suite toilet / sink / shower. You'll have access to all the flat space of course including the kitchen and lounge area, just not the main bedroom. I don't smoke and want no smoking indoors (there is an outdoor space available for this) / no heavy drinking - social drinking is fine.
