Large 3 bed split level top floor flat close to Tunbridge Wells town centre (5 minute walk), and High Brooms and T Wells train stations (15 minute walk for each).
The flat is lovely and big, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Although it’s a flat, we have our own private entrance. There is a spacious, comfortable and homely lounge, large bathroom, separate toilet and laundry closet, and plenty of storage as we have our own basement. There is free on road parking right outside and we share one space in our driveway.
There are three large double bedrooms, two at the front and one at the back. One of the front bedrooms is available. The room will be unfurnished and was repainted in June. The rest of the flat is well furnished, with all essential living and dining items provided.
We are two professionals in our mid twenties who both have busy jobs and social lives but we enjoy having a glass of wine in the flat together too.
We are looking for a friendly, respectful, clean and tidy person to join us. It's important for us to live with someone who will treat our house as a home.
