The house is very central , 5 mins walk to the station and shops and restaurants. It is a homely house, the two current tenants are professionals. The bedroom is light and sunny and has a double bed, wardrobe and side table. There is plenty of room in the house, two reception rooms so that you would not feel on top of each other. From chatting to the other tenants the bills are reasonable approx. £150 per month, they are split three ways. This room is available for an initial short term tenancy which can be extended. Viewings are possible from the 29th October, the room is available from then as well.
