The shower room is shared with the landlord, hence more appropriate for males. The landlord is a solicitor and the existing lodger is a teacher so no weekday late nights please. Smoking permitted in the kitchen. Two dogs live in the house. The garden is currently being restored after a landslip so is presently out of use as is the driveway. The landlord is gay.
