Double Bedroom with Ensuite in Central TW

We have a double bedroom available starting Dec 1st in Tunbridge Wells High Street. The room is spacious with a big built in closet. The room is furnished with the bed and mattress only. Each room has their own ensuite.
Currently we're each paying £490 rent, £43.33 council tax and around £50 on the remaining bills (electricity, gas and internet), water bill is done every 6 months.
Our flatmate is leaving at the end of November, so we are looking for someone to rent her room. We're each from Portugal and Spain, around 30 years of age, one male and one female flatmate, very easy going, tidy, respectful and enjoy living together and in this flat. We're looking for a like minded person to live with us.
The only downside of this flat is that it's on top of a nightclub that is open every night, although it is not noticeable most days, Thursday, Friday and Saturday you can feel the music and the bass from 10.30pm until 3am. This hasn't bothered us or made us unable to sleep but it might not be for everyone.
