Furnished double bedroom with ensuite available in a 2 double bedroom home for max 12 months. It has a standard UK King size bed, chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a built-in desk with a chair. A desk light and bedside lamps.

Share equipped spacious kitchen/diner.
Separate utility room with a washing machine.
Lounge with working log burner.
Small sunny garden with side access.

NOT SUITABLE FOR COUPLES. Single occupancy only.
Note that there are 2 adopted cats living in the house who can mjau in multiple mjauages. Whoever moves in cannot be allergic to cats, and is expected to be able to look after the cats 1 or 2 days per month when I travel, which the price reflects. As cats are territorial, it is not suitable for additional pets.

Share with professional who sometimes works from home. I have lived in a few countries and I speak multiple languages. I enjoy the occasional wine and beer, as well as takeaways now and then. I normally batch cook in the w-ends to take food to work the following week. It tends to be roast chicken, Thai curry, Spag bol, stir fries or anything that is easy to then heat up at work. I am not a fan of fish nor seafood. I work in IT. Sometime I bake.
When I can, I shop at farm shops, Flower Farm in Godstone being a favourite. I also prefer micro breweries or independents like Harvey's in Lewes. When possible, I look for pre-used goods from charity shops or markets and antique shops as I disagree with the crapification of non-existent quality of new products nowadays.

I do not use anti-social media. I read books that I buy from charity shops. I have an enhanced DBS check as work sometimes have children visiting.

Parking on street. I've a friend working shifts at Gatwick who have stayed over a few times and found it restful, and at worst 5 min walk to park the car on adjoining streets. There is unrestricted parking in the area.

Rent includes reasonable bills.
