Double room to rent, all bills included

Double room to rent near the Pantiles in a 3 storey flat, 2 minutes away from the train station.

Available at the end of February. You’ll be sharing with my self, my flatmate and my two dogs. My dogs mainly stay in the living room, so it’s important you actually like dogs, one of them is a mastiff, but very lovely. I’m looking for someone who’s working full time, doesn’t have a lot of people round weekly, is tidy and respectful and friendly. I go to the gym a lot and do meal prep, my flatmate mainly keeps to himself. We are both friendly and respectful.

The room will be freshly painted, it’s big enough for king size bed, sofa and a desk, tv etc.
