Looking for housemate who likes dogs

Double room available in cute 2 bed terrace.

Currently the room is part furnished with a small double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, shelving but no bed - I can provide one if needed. The photo shows the size, it will be cleared out and can be redecorated to suit your taste (I am a decorator). It is approx 3 metres by 3.5 metres and at the front of the house. The street is fairly quiet but neighbours are friendly and community oriented.

There is a shared living room with smart tv, kitchen/diner with dishwasher, washing machine and various appliances. There is one bathroom downstairs with a good powerful shower over the bath. There is a small courtyard garden and attic storage space - the attic is partly converted so I use it as an extra room sometimes.

On road resident’s parking with permit needed Mon-Sat from 10-11am, I think it’s about £80 a year.

5 mins walk to Dunorlan Park
10 mins walk to shops
15 mins walk to Tunbridge Wells station

I have an 11 year old border collie who is at home most of the time so you need to like dogs and make friends with him, he is good company if you don’t mind the dog breath and being pestered for back rubs!

I am usually out of the house during weekdays but at home evenings and weekends.

Looking for the right person who is calm, clean, friendly and will be a positive presence.
