Central Tunbridge Wells. 5 minutes centre of town, 2 minutes to bus stop, 12 minute to railway station, 1 minute to St John’s Church. 3 minutes to little Sainsburies / Marks / Tesco’s. 5 minutes to gym and swimming pool
(When they re open).

Very quiet at all times. Lovely peaceful house. Free to use kitchen, dining room, laundry room , garden + bathroom (bath only only - no shower).

Looking for another interesting lodger.

Must be pleasant and have a job they love. Any nationality but must speak fluent English and this time no couples or pets.

Ideally under 43 - perhaps another PhD student, another theatre producer, another doctor or chef at proper restaurant.

Existing lodger perfect - someone who goes to gym would fit with him

Love short term lodgers.

Central but easy parking and if you are here for at least 2 months can have residents parking

I am being very cautious at this time and will probably not take a lodger until virus ends. I am only looking for someone who continues to go out to work.
