Cosy Double Room Tunbridge Wells

I have put my room up for a short let in Tunbridge Wells. Looking for a quiet and considerate flat mate who only needs a room temporarily (up to 6 months). Located on Queens Rd, very close to St John's, it is ideally located. I am looking for just one flat mate. My apologies, I cannot accommodate more than 1 person.

There is free parking on the road as well. The council tax band is B but bills are included.

I have let my room on airbnb for a few years so I am more than used to having a guest in my home.

Any questions, please let me know. I will consider most options, including if you only want to stay for a few nights per week (at a reduced cost).
