This is a 3 bed spacious 3 storey townhouse with live in owners set in a quiet close next to a nature reserve and field. There is free on street parking, with bus routes directly opposite , bus routes to chatham town and train station and Maidstone . It is within 10 minute walk to supermarket and post office.
I am looking for an employed professional female who is clean, very tidy and cleans up after themselves , non smoker, friendly , reliable and respectful to share our house with. I keep a very clean , very tidy , non smoking warm welcoming family home.
