I work and study full time and live in a lovely 4 bedroom detached house.

For rent is a double room fully furnished with lovely views of the garden and surrounding neighbourhood. The room has a built in cupboard and free standing chest of drawers. There is WiFi in the room and a TV. The tenant will be able to utilise the recently refurbished main bathroom right next door to the spare room. The house has a lovely sized rear garden, a communal living room, dining room and kitchen. Ideal for a student or professional person looking for peaceful accommodation. I maintain a high standard of cleanliness and require the same of my tenant.

The house is ideally located within walking distance from the bus stop and train station. I live with my daughter and husband and tend to be home at different times due to the nature of my shift work and studies. We have two friendly and lovely pug dogs and a cat. It is a quiet location and there are lovely walking routes in the village as well as a pub, village store, hairdressers and post office.

London can be reached within an hour by train and Maidstone town centre is twenty minutes away by bus or six minutes on the train.

The house is in a friendly neighbourhood where most neighbours are supportive but not intrusive. There is place for 1 car to be parked on the communal driveway in front of the garage.
