Looking for housemate

Pretty house on quiet road for a discerning tenant.

The bedroom is the one in the photo with a purple wall but the wall is now blue, the bed centred, and the TV desk removed.
It is a quirky carpeted attic bedroom (double) with a vaulted ceiling, accessed through a trap door, hence “quirky”.

Directly below your room is another bedroom with an ensuite. This ensuite is almost entirely yours but on the very rare occasions I have a guest, there may be need to share the en-suite, but hasn't happened in last year so not likely. There’s a double bed in your room (if you want it) - bedding and towels are not provided.

I also offer shared use of kitchen, utility room, dining room, gym when not otherwise busy, and a library with a huge TV and fireplace which you will mostly have sole use of though I have occasional cause to use it too (my drum kit is in there!)

Price includes bills though I am not looking for someone to be home all day.. You will need to bring a 4G router for fast wifi. I use it in my office and it is great.

I have a cat: she’s lovely but not allowed in bedrooms and living rooms because of allergies - and her hobby of furniture shredding!

It’s a lovely house in a lovely spot with a big garden, privacy and parking.
I am not looking for a total stranger vibe, more someone I will get on with. Makes sense really.
No couples/children/animals - sorry.

There are no buses on my doorstep so if you don’t have transport this might not be for you.
