The property is a 3 bedroom semi-detached house located on a quiet street. It has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living/dining area looking out onto a large garden. There is 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. There is parking available on the driveway.

Welling train station is a 5 minute walk (0.3 miles) and has frequent direct trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross and Victoria station. There is a convenience store less than a minute's walk away. All local amenities are within walking distance and can be found on Welling high street.

I am looking for a tidy, clean and friendly, preferably a professional to share this house.
