It has its small couch to relax with cup of tea, a good size work desk, TV with Amazon fire stick. Loft also benefits of its own en-suit with modern appliances and superb decoration. Total 26 sq m with your own cosy work and living space. The house has big living, dining, kitchen and small but good equipped gym. There is a decent garden with decking, bbq area and further outdoor gym equipment like pull bar, trx etc.
The house is just 6 min walk to Welling train station with just 25 min by train to London Bridge or further to Cannon Street, charring x or London Victoria station. Alternatively you can have 15-20 min ride to Woolwich/Abbey Wood for Elizabeth line.
I am looking for a professional with similar interests. I work at Canary Wharf few days a week and go run/swim/gym locally. I live alone most times with few days a week my kids (two boys) stay with me.
