Room 1

The room includes double bed and memory foam mattress, large triple wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a separate study room for when working from home. The room has new white blinds, new carpet and freshly painted neutral so you can put your own stamp on your room.

There’s a large shared kitchen with separately utility/pantry room. There is a bar with two stools when you can enjoy breakfast or a morning coffee. There is a large fridge/freezer and your own private cupboards to store your food/items. Washer/Dryer/Dish washer are also included.

The open plan living/dining area has a flat screen TV, sofa, double chair, coffee table, vinyl players to listen to records, with a large dining table where you can enjoy a glass of wine and dinner after a hard day's work.

You will have access to a private bathroom, as there are two at the property.

Off street parking for one car & free parking on the road.

There’s a large garden with a patio/hosting area with large round table and rattan furniture. There is also a BBQ & Pizza oven.

Things nearby; Greenwich 11min train/drive, Blackheath 13min train, Oxleas Wood 4 min drive, Danson Park with Tea room and boating lake is 8min drive, short walk to Welling High Street, corner shop 2mins walk away.

This cost is for a single occupant. Room is available from middle of May until middle of November. We are flexible with dates. You must be a working professional. This is a short term let.

The room could also be available to a couple. Cost to be discussed.
