Large attic room available for female flatmate. The room is light and airy, has a dormer window with nice views; pine wooden floor and a large radiator. it has a new IKEA double bed. The room is at the top of the house and has private access with its own staircase.
The room is in a three bedroomed terraced house in the centre of the conservation area of Whitstable, close to the beach and all amenities. The mainline station is 10 minutes walk away and the bus stop serving Canterbury is at the end of the street. There is free parking in the street.
The house has been modernised and has a large open plan kitchen / diner with French windows that open onto a large patio. There is a long and pretty garden. The kitchen has a big fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and double oven.
The sitting room has a log burner, sofa and 2 armchairs with flat screen TV. The broadband is fast and reliable.
Upstairs there is a airy bathroom with modern bathroom suite and power shower. There are pine stripped floors throughout.
The house has recently been airbnb'd and is in good decorative order. The front sitting room will be reserved for the landlady's use only.
Ideally I am looking for a professional person or mature student to share the house. It is possible that I will be away for periods of time and whoever lives in the house could be left on their own for periods of time. Whoever takes the room would need to be responsible and used to living independently.
