Shared kitchen/dinning area/bathroom and garden. Professional, considerate, friendly females living and managing the house who like peace and quiet during the working week and a clean tidy house. Ideally looking for someone who is a similar age range (30-40) No pets. On street parking, (never had any issues finding a space). The house is warm, friendly and quiet and so are the neighbours. Hoping to find a nice professional and respectful person to live with. We are happy to consider a Monday to Friday rental. Please, no time wasters.
