The bedroom available is the second biggest in the property and faces the garden which gets plenty of light.
The garden has a covered deck, and a small green spot surrounded by flowers. I enjoy maintaining it and spending my time there. The garden connects to a decently sized kitchen / dining area which is fully equipt with everything you may need. The living room is also decently size with a cosy fireplace and large smart television.
Upstairs is a shared bathroom with bath and shower along with 2 other bedrooms.
My adult son and I work full time out of the house and we would like someone who does too. I would like to offer this room to someone who is clean and respectful, and preferably doesn’t smoke or drink much.
The property is on a quiet residential street with parking without a permit. It is also 7 minutes walk away from the train station, about 12 minutes walk away from Ashford Designer Outlet and about the same walk time to the town centre.
There is a petrol station 2 mins walk away and a Tesco express approx. 5 mins walk away too. All very close and walkable if you do not have a car!
