On the edge of town, situated between the William Harvey Hospital and Tesco Crocksfoot a 24 hour super store both being only a two minute walk, (J10 off M20) this ideal location offers the perfect life balance. ‘The Street in Willesborough’ is only a short 2 mile bus/car ride to town or to the International train links. For those that like the outdoor life, country walks on your doorstep with the Broomfield’s and The Deer park beckons. In this desirable location, not only is there a fantastic range of charming country public houses a short distance away, there is also a wonderful 16th century pub literally 1 minute stroll around the corner. In winter, The Blacksmith Arms pub with its large beamed inglenook log fire place has a 4.9/5.0 review star rating and… offers home cooked food, fine wines and a great range of real ales to relax and kick back. In the summer months opens its wonderful beer garden to the public and has a great social/community feel for those that like to make new friends.
**THE HOUSE** One lodger required. There are three fully furnished large double bedrooms that share a bathroom and kitchen. (No lounge) The bedrooms are fitted with a key pad lock. The large double room has a small double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside cabinet, a small dining table and chairs plus an easy chair for relaxing. Clean, modern with plantation shutters at the windows. The bathroom contains a bath with a shower over. The shared kitchen includes, glass, cutlery and pots and pans with a washing machine for laundry. The front garden is available to use and I have a regular window cleaner for the outside windows. Unfortunately this room is not suitable to accommodate couples, children, DSS or pets. There is a designated smoking area outside in the front garden. No smoking in the premises.
**SERVICE & AMENITIES**
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED (covers - Council Tax, TV Licence, Electricity, Gas, Water & Broadband) Unlike letting agents, there are No fees. I do have house rules though. If you want house parties, this is not the place for you.
This room would suit a clean, tidy, considerate full time worker/medical professional.
I have one room becoming available at the end of this month. The other 2 rooms are occupied by a lovely chap in his early 50’s who works as an electrical engineer at the William Harvey been here for 2.5 years and and a great research doctor also working at the WHH Hospital who has been with me for a year.
