Room available, has a double bed in and wardrobe at present. The room also has a desk, chair and chest of draws. There is more storage space under the double bed. Bathroom upstairs with shower and bath facilities and a WC downstairs, large kitchen and lounge area. Lovely views from room available looking over fields. I live in a rural village but is close to Ashford for rail links and also there are regular buses to Ashford and Tenterden. I would like a professional person ideally. I have one cat but she is no bother. I have a fairly large garden also which is well maintained. I am an easygoing person and I am tidy by nature so all communal rooms are clean and well kept. Any tenant is welcome to use my crockery/cooking utensils, you will have your own shelf area in fridge and drawer in freezer and your own cupboard space. All bills included apart from food etc. There is also plenty of room in my brick shed if you require storage space for items. I don’t mind if you smoke/vape but smoking is strictly outside the property at all times.
