Rural, quiet location in delightful village of Yalding.

Upstairs Double room with separate small living room., bathroom , in delightful rural location. Use of delightful garden and patio..
You MUST like animals, although they will not have access to your bedroom / sitting room..
The separate seating area , which was a single bedroom ( without bed ) has two comfy chairs, a small table with chairs. Fridge. Freezer. Microwave. Kettle, toaster, Ironing board and iron . You will have shared use ( multi room ) Sky . No TV though. A wash hand basin and a large storage cupboard..

The bathroom will be exclusively for your use ( except when I have visitors staying , which is not very often. !! ) iIt has bath and separate shower.

The bedroom had a double bed , plenty of cupboards, chest of drawers and wash hand basin. . Linen can be provided. Black out blind.
I lam disabled and live downstairs … You can use, oven, washing machine & Tumble in my Kitchen dryer..

All bills included.

Plenty of parking on road.
