*Large bedroom with two single beds, can be made in to a large king size.
*Wardrobe and drawer space available if required.
*TV with DVD player in the room if needed. Can be removed if not.
*Broadband available.
*Use of own bathroom with Shower (not Ensuite)

Communal Areas:

*Kitchen for joint use with fridge/freezer, dual dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave.
*Large back garden

Rent:

£600 per month inclusive of all bills.

Deposit:

£600, one months rent in advance.

Further information:

The house was built in 1983 and has had 1 family owner since then. Family used to do BnB, so used to guests in the house. Young family very clean and tidy and keep to the living room and their own bedroom.. Childs bedroom at opposite side of the house, so any noise is kept to a minimum.

Transport Links:

Bus time in to Aberdeen are every half an hour taking 1 hour to get to the bus station. Bus numbers 201 and 202.

Driving time to Aberdeen centre is 30 minutes (depending on traffic). 20 minutes to Westhill.
