Super King room - LGBT friendly

Hi - I have a super king room available for anyone that needs it. the bedroom has it's own balcony / veranda you can chill out or keep a bike on.

I am a pretty chilled and laid back guy so would be looking for someone with a similar vibe who is also reasonably neet, tidy and active.

I enjoy cycling, long walks in nature, and urben exploring. so feel free to join in with that if it's your kind of thing. I also enjoy cooking so happy to cook food and share meal's occasionally. but equally happy for you to just do your own thing.

My place would suit someone who already has a routine going with work, college, uni ect or is about to.

I will however consider a wide range of circumstances on a case by case basis since I love meeting new people from a range of backgrounds.

I'm 15 mins walk from bishopbriggs rail station and the main supermarket Morrisons. regular buses into town are closer by.

all bills are included, and you would have full use of all facilities (washer dryer, dishwasher, chest freezer ect ...)
