Hi, Check out my Three bedroom house on the edge of Cambuslang. I'm looking to rent out one of the rooms.

The property is close to Newton train station (5 min walk) it has great access to town both with public transport and also the motorway depending if you drive.

You can get into Glasgow city in around 20 mins via the train with both access to Higher and Lower level. Monthly train pass would cost you 85 pounds.

We currently have off street parking however in the future I plan to convert the front garden into a driveway.

The area is great with local shops and great walking paths.

We are 20 min walking distance to Cambuslang town that includes everything you need from takeaways, pubs and a gym and lots more.

The area is very chilled and I have now lived here for just over 2 and a half years within that time enjoying sharing with other housemates.

The room for rent has recently been decorated, new paint on walls , brand new furniture including bed and all decent furniture too.

Included in the price is the bills so things like water , electricity , council tax. You will also have access to the home Netflix , prime and internet (600mbs)

I also have a mini sausage dog called Leo who is super friendly and chilled.

The house currently has 1 male and 1 female.
