Single Room- Short Term Now. (+Sept-Dec Semester.)

A nice single room specifically suited to someone looking for a short term let which can be hard to find.
Lovely area right next to Newton park and ride station taking you into Central Glasgow in only 15 minutes by train. Shared use of kitchen and shower room..
Full time student suitable. I will again rent this room for the September-December (inclusive) semester. It's rented for the full 4 month period based on so many enquiries in the last few years but some asking for 3.5month and others 4month.. Obviously to give everyone the same chance i ask you to bear in mind that you would need to accept taking the room beginning of September until end of December (can be changed from something like 7th sept-7th Jan etc).. last year i had over 50 people wanting the room when there was one 2000 students looking but less than 300 rooms available so if anyone is interested to lock down their accommodation soon please get in touch as i really recommend sorting out your accommodation asap!
The room is currently free until the beginning of September so i can also consider 1 other short term let over the summer for 1-2 months depending on if it fits well for myself. So message me and let me know what you are looking for. Thanks.
