Hey! I am 25 year old professional female, currently living in a 3 bedroom furnished Apartment in G32 (Shettleston) , East End of glasgow. Please You can do a Google maps search to see how the area looks like and distance to school or work.

There is a train station 10 minutes walk that takes you into Glasgow/ Strathclyde University/ Caledonian University within 20  minutes, the M8 is less than a 2 minute drive away, and a bus stop just outside the flat.

There is an Aldi, Tesco and Lidil all within 10-15 minutes of the Apartment.

I want to rent out 1 of the bedrooms.

ROOM FOR RENT : Double bedroom with built in wardrobe, bed, mattress and side tables. Private bathroom as my master bedroom has an ensuite, so I never use the family bathroom. (£540 per month or £135 per week)

Can't stay with a smoker or someone with Pets. Would like someone who would respect my home and privacy, so bringing people over on a regular basis wouldn't work for me either.
