2 bedrooms for the price of one

Hi!

I'm looking for a flat mate to stay with me in a 3 bedroom flat located in Greenfaulds. I am offering 2 bedrooms for the price of one, since I have everything I need in the main bedroom. Flat is located within a 2 minute walk to Greenfaulds station and 10 minute walk to several bus links.

One of the bedrooms is quite spacious, in which you could fit a double bed no problem, plus any other furniture you would need. The second bedroom is a little bit smaller, but it's got plenty space for a desk, sofa, or anything else you fancy, and it also has a spacious cupboard. Both rooms are unfurnished, so you would be free to set them up as you wish! The common areas are the kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden. All of which are fully equipped.

I work a few days from home and one or two days a week I go to the office, and I'm also a concert photographer so I'm usually away during early afternoon and back at night. I love music, games, reading and cooking. I'm very social, I enjoy a good conversation, but also I'm respectful of others space and if you don't feel like interacting, that's not a problem!

I'm looking for someone that is respectful and that is easy to live with. If we have things in common, even better, but of course I wouldn't have any sort of problem if that wasn't the case.
