The apartment is a flat share. It has 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen, and the room itself is really big and has plenty of space to lounge in. It comes furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, sofa, wardrobe, bookshelf and bedside table.
Includes wifi, gas central heating, electricity, council tax, electric shower.
The location is Dennistoun which is about a 30 minute walk to the city centre! There's a Tesco Extra about a 10 min walk away, and Forge Shopping Centre 15 mins away. There's also a Lidl and Co-op really closeby, as well as 3 train stations.
Rent is £450 a month for one person or £570 for a couple - all bills included. Deposit is one month's rent.
